Talk: Dr Paul O’Donoghue, Lynx Trust UK

February 12th, 2018

Pontigny Room, St Edmund Hall

The Lynx UK Trust are a group of conservationists dedicated to reintroducing the lynx back into the ecosystem of the British Isles. They hope to return the lynx to the UK, which they claim will help control numbers of deer and a variety of agricultural pest species. Join us as Dr Paul O’Donoghue discusses this controversial topic, which lies at the heart of the ongoing rewilding debate, and gives us some insight into the work and vision of the Lynx UK group.
